You Cannot be run to Bone Palace, You will have to work your way there.
It has to with Junundu, long story, all explained on wiki |

The only way to get there, is follow the primairy quests. If u dont , the Junundu will let u pass, and u cannot walk over Sulferous Waste.
So I guess, NO |
